My cognitive stamina is way up ... no cognitive fatigue hanging out with my friends tonight which I normally get and is usually crippling and makes me feel exhausted after the interaction. I also noticed that my sleep seems better. Ordinarily most of my sleep is light sleep … but the proportion of my sleep last night was pretty dramatically higher in REM and deep sleep.
